The KO14b submission window is now open to submit your written complaints that have been received and managed at practice level.

GP practices are required to report annually by way of the NHS Collection (KO41b). Practices are solely responsible for completing their submission via the NHS England Strategic Data Collection Service (SDCS). Practices will be notified directly of the submission deadlines and provided with relevant information. Practices are advised to ensure that they action promptly to the information request notification when received. GP practices must make their submission during the collection window 20 May – 12 July 2024, via SDCS. If you require support or guidance on what to do - it can be found here.
